Upon contact we will confirm your dates & email send you a pricing list.


Confirmation, Registration, Deposit

Once dates have been confirmed we will then send you out an invoice for the deposit and a registration form which will ask you for details such as, expected numbers, catering needs etc.


Payment 

Deposit: To secure your booking a deposit is required and the balance of payment is then required a week before your booked date. If that isn’t possible please contact us and we will arrange for the final payment to be paid prior to departure.

We do not have eftpos or credit card facilities so payments are made by cheque, cash or internet banking only. 

Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations will be given if made more than 120 days before the booked date.

There will be no refund given for cancellations less than 120 days from the booked date. Although, we will endeavor to re-book the given dates to another group and if this is successful we will refund some, if not all of the deposit.
