Linen hire
Linen (including towel, duvet, sheets and pillow) can be hired
for an additional price of $15 per person per stay
Minimum weekend charge is $648 (12 adults)
A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
All rates are GST exclusive
Cleaning expectations
Groups are requested to clean up after themselves and leave
everything as it was on arrival. All cleaning equipment and non toxic cleaning
products are provided.
Otherwise, if preferred, a cleaning fee of $180 can be paid. If
you want to make use of this service you will need to talk to us prior to
arrival.
